Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt Inti Karya Persada Tehnik
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik Dari hasil pengolahan data , variabel kompensasi (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dapat diketahui nilai thitung < ttabel (0,047 < 1,98969 dan nilai sig (0,962 > 0,05), yang berarti bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini kompensasi berdeterminasi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana ini terbukti bahwa pada level signifikan a (0.05), dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan, sehingga hipotesis Ha1 “kompensasi berdeterminasi signifikasn terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik
Dari hasil pengolahan data , variabel pengembagan karir (X2) terhadap kinerja Karyawan (Y) dapat diketahui bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel (4,239 > 1,98969) dan nilai sig (0,000 < 0,05), yang berarti bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini terbukti bahwan pada leve signifikan a (0,05), dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat diambil disimpulkan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikasn terhadap kinerja, sehingga hipotesis H2 “pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik”. penghargaan material maupun nonmaterial, itu akan memberikan dampak positif.
