Pengaruh Lingkungan Sumberdaya Manusia Di Kawasan Indusstri
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sumber daya manusia di kawasan induatri. Desain penelitian adalah kausal komperatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner , wawancara dan dokumentasi . Instrumen penelitian diuji dengan validitas dan Reabilitas . Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi linier bergandayang kemudian diuji dengan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikoloneritas, Heterokadasitas dan Autokolorasi. Kawasan lingkungan industri yang merusak lingkungan membutuhkan pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan berbagai disiplin ilmu seperti ilmu lingkungan, ilmu sosial, dan ilmu teknik. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak industri terhadap lingkungan serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya.
