Pengembangan Sdm Unggul Melalui Kolaborasi Learning Of Technology Dan Expert System
Abstract
Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang unggul merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan inovasi di berbagai sektor industri. Artikel ini membahas kolaborasi antara Learning of Technology dan Expert System sebagai pendekatan inovatif untuk mengembangkan SDM unggul. Learning of Technology mencakup berbagai metode pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi, sementara Expert System adalah sistem komputer yang meniru kemampuan keputusan seorang pakar. Dengan menggabungkan kedua pendekatan ini, organisasi dapat menciptakan program pelatihan yang disesuaikan, memberikan akses kontinu ke pengetahuan pakar, dan memfasilitasi simulasi pelatihan yang realistis. Selain itu, penggunaan Expert System dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan evaluasi pelatihan memungkinkan peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Studi ini menyoroti manfaat kolaborasi ini dalam menciptakan SDM yang adaptif, terampil, dan siap menghadapi tantangan industri modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Learning of Technology dan Expert System tidak hanya mempercepat proses pengembangan keterampilan tetapi juga memastikan kualitas pelatihan yang lebih tinggi, mendukung tujuan strategis organisasi dalam jangka panjang.
