Pengembangan Sumber Daya Yang Strategis Di Lingkungan Kerja Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur (Ppsdma)
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kinerja dan Bagimana cara melakukan pengembangan budaya orgnisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Dari hasil survey yang dilakukan, kondisi budaya organisasi Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur menurut Stephen P Robbins menunjukan bahwa organisasi kurang mendorong pegawainya untuk melakukan inovasi dan pengambilan resiko dalam melakukan pekerjaan, Pegawai kurang diberi kesadaran untuk bisa berani melahirkan ide-ide kreatif sehingga bisa menunjang kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Secara keselurahan budaya organisasi di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya manusia Aparatur adalah outcome orientation, yaitu lebih memprioritaskan hasil dari pekerjaan bukan proses yang dijalani, hal ini akan mempengaruhi kualitas dari pekerjaan itu sendiri.
