Internet of Things dan Sistem Pakar: Memperkuat Kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Transformasi Kesehatan Digital
Abstract
Di era transformasi digital yang pesat, kesiapan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi kunci utama dalam mendukung sektor kesehatan. Penerapan Internet of Things (IoT) dan sistem pakar untuk memperkuat kesiapan SDM dalam transformasi kesehatan digital. Penerapan IoT dan sistem pakar dalam layanan kesehatan membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi digital, adaptabilitas teknologi, dan pemahaman tentang etika penggunaan data kesehatan. Pengembangansumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, kolaborasi lintas disiplin, dan pemutakhiran kurikulum pendidikan kesehatan menjadi kunci dalam mempersiapkan tenaga kesehatan menghadapi era kesehatan digital. Dengan menerapkan IoT dan sistem pakar, SDM di sektor kesehatan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi, efisiensi, dan mutu layanan, sekaligus mempersiapkan mereka untuk inovasi dan perubahan yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi dari temuan ini memberikan arahan bagi lembaga pendidikan dan organisasi kesehatan untuk merancang program pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan era digital saat ini dan masa mendatang.
