Pemanfaatan Iot Dalam Manajemen Sdm Untuk Efisiensi Operasional Di Sektor Pemerintah
Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas penerapan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di sektor pemerintahan, khususnya di Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (Kemenkop UKM). Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kasus, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam manajemen SDM, seperti proses administrasi manual yang memakan waktu dan kurangnya pelatihan teknologi bagi karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi IoT dapat mengatasi masalah ini dengan mengotomatisasi proses administrasi, meningkatkan pemantauan kinerja karyawan secara real-time, dan memberikan pelatihan yang lebih efektif. Rekomendasi strategis dan praktis untuk implementasi IoT yang efektif meliputi pengembangan program pelatihan teknologi, mengotomatisasi sistem kehadiran, dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan ruang kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam mendukung transformasi digital di Kemenkop UKM dan menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi lembaga pemerintah lain yang ingin menerapkan teknologi IoT dalam manajemen SDM.
