PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT VIRIYASURYA JHANA JAKARTA
Abstract
Abstrak. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Viriyasurya Jhana Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada semua karyawan PT Viriyasurya Jhana Jakarta yang berjumlah 71 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS statistik versi 26. Analisis ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi sederhana, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, serta uji statistik melalui uji t, dan uji F. Hasil Uji t menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai R2 ditemukan sebesar 0.308, artinya besar pengaruh variabel Lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 30.8%, sementara sisanya 69.2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam Penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT Viriyasurya Jhana Jakarta.
