TINJAUAN LITERATUR :"INTEGRASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU DAN PERAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA ORGANISASI”
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara integrasi sistem manajemen mutu dan peran sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam peningkatan kinerja organisasi melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur. Dalam era persaingan global, sistem manajemen mutu seperti ISO 9001 tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat penjamin mutu, tetapi juga sebagai strategi peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing. Namun, efektivitas implementasi sistem ini sangat bergantung pada peran strategis sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi. Dengan melakukan review 18 jurnal internasional dari berbagai sektor industri dan negara, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa integrasi antara sistem manajemen mutu dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, khususnya melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja, produktivitas, dan pencapaian kinerja strategis. Selain itu, pembentukan budaya mutu yang kuat serta dukungan manajemen menjadi prasyarat utama keberhasilan implementasi. Hasil kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara sistem dan manusia sebagai fondasi bagi pengembangan organisasi yang berkelanjutan.
