PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN YANG TELADAN DAN PELATIHAN YANG BAIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN YANG KOMPETEN PT. KOBUS SMART SERVICE INDONESIA
Abstract
ABSTRAK . Studi ini dibuat untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan yang teladan dan pelatihan yang baik terhadap kinerja karyawan yang kompeten. Metode yang digunakan adalah literasi yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian terdahulu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan yang teladan dan pelatihan yang baik terhadap kinerja karyawan yang kompeten. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang teladan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang kompeten, dan pelatihan yang baik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang kompeten. Hal ini disebabkan adanya pengaruh besar mulai dari cara seseorang pemimpin berkomunikasi, mengarahkan, dapat mengambil keputusan dengan bijak serta memberikan pelatihan kerja yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan tersebut.
