PERAN MANAJEMEN INOVASI DALAM MENDORONG PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT
Abstract
Abstrak. Salah satu unsur dalam peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara diukur dari kemampuan negara tersebut dalam berinovasi. Hal ini dikarenakan inovasi dapat mendorong peningkatan produktivitas yang berkelanjutan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan inovasi manajemen dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi pustaka, yaitu dengan membaca literatur dari berbagai sumber meliputi buku, jurnal dan laporan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah inovasi manajemen berperan penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat, peranan tersebut antara lain adalah meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi, menciptakan lapangan kerja, mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, mematikan dan mengelola sumber daya, serta ketahanan dan adaptasi. Ada dua hal yang menjadi tolok ukur keberhasilan suatu inovasi yaitu Technical resources (manusia, peralatan, pengetahuan, dan finansial), dan Ability (kapabilitas/kemampuan negara dalam mengelola sumber daya pada titik technical resources)
