OPTIMALISASI PENGEMBANGAN SDM MELALUI TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING UMKM DI KECAMATAN CURUG
Abstract
Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) melalui teknologi digital dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Curug. Pendekatan penelitian menggabungkan kajian literatur (literature review) dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah terbaru dan pengamatan non-partisipatif selama satu hari di lapangan untuk mengamati praktik pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pengembangan SDM UMKM. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital, terutama dalam bentuk pelatihan literasi digital dan pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan kemampuan pemasaran UMKM. Temuan pengamatan lapangan juga mengindikasikan adanya kendala dalam akses teknologi dan kualitas pelatihan yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital dalam pengembangan SDM merupakan strategi penting untuk memperkuat daya saing UMKM di Kecamatan Curug serta merekomendasikan pengembangan pelatihan yang terstruktur dan dukungan akses teknologi yang lebih luas
