KAJIAN LITERATUR TENTANG PELATIHAN KARYAWAN DALAM ERA TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL: PENDEKATAN, STRATEGI, DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI SDM

Abstract. Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia kerja, termasuk dalam proses pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai literatur ilmiah terkait pelatihan karyawan di era digital dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis teknologi tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi digital karyawan, tetapi juga berdampak positif terhadap produktivitas, keterlibatan, dan loyalitas kerja. Metode pelatihan seperti e-learning, blended learning, dan penggunaan platform digital menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas karyawan secara adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, peran manajemen SDM dalam mendesain program pelatihan yang responsif terhadap perubahan teknologi menjadi faktor penting dalam kesuksesan pengembangan SDM di era digital. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi organisasi dalam menyusun strategi pelatihan yang relevan dan berorientasi pada masa depan.
