STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAGA PELATIHAN KAMPUS UNIVERSITAS PAMULANG UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING MAHASISWA DI ERA DIGITAL
Abstract
Abstrak. Era transformasi digital telah mengubah secara signifikan kebutuhan kompetensi di berbagai industri, terutama dalam bidang pemasaran, di mana keterampilan digital marketing menjadi sangat penting. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan antara kurikulum akademik dan kebutuhan industri, termasuk di Universitas Pamulang. Tulisan konseptual ini mengusulkan pembentukan Lembaga Pelatihan Kampus yang fokus pada peningkatan kompetensi digital marketing mahasiswa. Lembaga ini beroperasi sebagai entitas non-akademik dengan program pelatihan praktik seperti mini bootcamp, webinar, video on demand (VoD), seminar tematik, dan sertifikasi. Pemateri berasal dari profesional berpengalaman, baik alumni maupun perusahaan multinasional. Inisiatif ini bertujuan memperkuat hard skill dan soft skill mahasiswa, meningkatkan daya saing lulusan di pasar kerja digital, serta menjadi sumber pendapatan non-akademik bagi universitas. Proposal ini dimaksudkan untuk membuka diskusi strategis di tingkat institusi dan industri dalam pengembangan pendidikan tinggi yang responsif terhadap era digital, khususnya di Universitas Pamulang.
