KESIAPAN SDM INDONESIA MENGHADAPI TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL GLOBAL
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis kesiapan sumber daya manusia (SDM) Indonesia menghadapi transformasi digital global melalui pendekatan campuran (mixed methods). Temuan utama menunjukkan defisit talenta digital yang kritis, dengan hanya 19% tenaga kerja memiliki kompetensi digital dasar, sementara kebutuhan diproyeksikan mencapai 9 juta pekerja terampil pada 2030. Inisiatif pemerintah seperti Beasiswa Talenta Digital (DTS) dan revitalisasi vokasi berpotensi namun menghadapi tantangan dalam penyelarasan kurikulum-industri dan kesenjangan infrastruktur. Studi ini menekankan urgensi kolaborasi lintas sektor, sistem pendidikan adaptif, dan investasi strategis dalam infrastruktur digital untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara kapabilitas SDM dan tuntutan digital global.
