STRATEGI MANAJEMEN INOVASI UNTUK MEMBANGUN KEUNGGULAN BERSAING DI ERA DIGITAL: STUDI IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI LASIK DI KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN
Abstract
Abstrak. Sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital pemerintahan daerah, implementasi aplikasi LASIK di Kota Tangerang Selatan bukan hanya bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, tetapi juga merupakan bentuk strategi manajemen inovasi untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing dalam penyelenggaraan birokrasi publik. Transformasi digital layanan sektor publik merupakan komponen penting dalam mewujudkan konsep Kota Cerdas (Smart City ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi aplikasi LASIK (Layanan Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian) di Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan, berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 53 Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi LASIK telah meningkatkan secara signifikan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam layanan kepegawaian. Inovasi ini juga menunjukkan pendekatan strategis dalam pemanfaatan sistem digital untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing dalam pelayanan publik. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi penguatan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan infrastruktur, serta penginstitutionalisasian strategi inovasi untuk mendukung pembangunan yang berkelanjutan.
