INOVASI MODEL BISNIS INDUSTRI KREATIF DALAM MEMBANGUN KEUNGGULAN BERSAING DI ERA DIGITAL
Abstract
Perkembangan industri kreatif di Indonesia mengalami transformasi berkat platform digital seperti Youtube, yang membuka peluang kreator membangun model bisnis inovatif dan meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis inovasi model bisnis berbasis Youtube melalui studi kasus pada Deddy Corbuzier, Denny Sumargo, dan Ria Ricis dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis kasus kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan kreator tidak hanya didukung konten menarik, tetapi juga strategi monetisasi beragam seperti iklan, sponsorship, afiliasi, pendanaan penggemar, dan pengembangan produk. Kolaborasi, personal branding, serta adaptasi tren digital menjadi kunci membangun komunitas loyal dan memperluas bisnis, sehingga model bisnis berbasis Youtube terbukti meningkatkan daya saing industri kreatif serta berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi digital di Indonesia.
