MANAJEMEN INOVASI DI ERA DIGITAL: STRATEGI, TANTANGAN, DAN PELUANG TERHADAP TRANSFORMASI BISNIS
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan pendekatan manajemen inovasi di era digital, menganalisis strategi inovasi digital yang efektif, serta mengkaji tantangan dan peluang yang muncul dalam konteks transformasi bisnis berbasis teknologi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif-analitis. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dari berbagai sumber ilmiah dan analisis studi kasus terhadap perusahaan-perusahaan yang telah berhasil menerapkan inovasi digital, seperti Amazon dan Gojek. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis), dengan tahapan reduksi data, kategorisasi tema, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen inovasi di era digital ditandai oleh pendekatan yang terbuka, kolaboratif, dan adaptif, serta berbasis data dan teknologi seperti artificial intelligence (AI), big data, dan Internet of Things (IoT). Strategi seperti agile innovation dan open innovation terbukti efektif dalam mendorong keberhasilan inovasi digital. Meskipun dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti resistensi internal dan kesenjangan talenta digital, perusahaan yang mampu mengembangkan budaya inovatif dan kepemimpinan digital dapat memanfaatkan peluang seperti model bisnis baru dan inovasi berkelanjutan untuk membangun keunggulan kompetitif jangka panjang.
