MANAJEMEN INOVASI SEBAGAI STRATEGI KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF ERA DIGITAL
Abstract
Perkembangan pesat teknologi digital menuntut perusahaan mengelola inovasi secara strategis untuk mempertahankan keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dengan analisis isi terhadap data sekunder dari jurnal dan laporan industri terkait manajemen inovasi dan transformasi digital. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital, kepemimpinan visioner, budaya inovasi, kolaborasi eksternal, serta investasi berkelanjutan menjadi kunci keberhasilan strategi inovasi. Implementasi strategi tersebut memungkinkan perusahaan merespons perubahan pasar dengan cepat dan memperkuat daya saing secara berkelanjutan di era digital.
