DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: FROM TRADITIONAL FUNCTIONS TO HR 4.0 INTEGRATION
Abstract
Abstrak: Kemajuan pesat dalam teknologi informasi dan munculnya Industri 4.0 telah mengubah fungsi organisasi secara signifikan, khususnya Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Studi konseptual ini mengeksplorasi transformasi digital praktik SDM, dari manajemen personalia tradisional ke sistem SDM strategis yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi yang dikenal sebagai SDM digital atau SDM 4.0. Makalah ini meneliti bagaimana fungsi inti SDM—termasuk perencanaan, perekrutan, pelatihan, manajemen kinerja, pengembangan karier, kompensasi, dan hubungan industrial—direstrukturisasi melalui perangkat digital seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan platform berbasis cloud. Makalah ini menyoroti manfaat digitalisasi, seperti peningkatan efisiensi, efektivitas biaya, dan pengambilan keputusan secara real-time, sekaligus mengatasi tantangan terkait manajemen data, personalisasi, dan pertimbangan etika. Studi ini diakhiri dengan mengidentifikasi tren yang muncul, termasuk Robotic Process Automation (RPA), pelatihan realitas virtual, dan analitik SDM, yang diharapkan dapat mendefinisikan ulang lanskap masa depan SDM. Makalah ini menawarkan wawasan teoritis dan implikasi praktis bagi peneliti dan praktisi SDM yang menavigasi transformasi digital di tempat kerja .
