MEMBANGUN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF BERBASIS INOVASI DI TENGAH PERUBAHAN DIGITAL YANG CEPAT
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana strategi inovasi menjadi landasan keunggulan kompetitif di tengah transformasi digital yang cepat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada identifikasi jenis inovasi yang paling efektif, bagaimana organisasi mengelola proses inovasi, dan pengaruh perubahan digital terhadap strategi inovasi. Dengan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan manajer inovasi di perusahaan berbasis teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi inovasi yang adaptif, berorientasi pada pelanggan, dan terintegrasi secara digital memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya penyelarasan manajemen inovasi dengan pengembangan kapabilitas digital.
