PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MANAJEMEN TALENTA DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA YANG BERDAMPAK PADA PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA PT SAPTA SERVISINDO DI TANGERANG SELATAN
Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, manajemen talenta dan pelatihan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang berdampak pada produktivitas karyawan pada PT Sapta Servisindo di Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 95 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 23,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Manajemen talenta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 39,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 26,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja, manajemen talenta dan pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 53,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan sebesar 34,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
