TRANSFORMASI KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENGHADAPI TANTANGAN DIGITALISASI: KAJIAN LITERATUR STRATEGI ADAPTASI ORGANISASI MODERN INDONESIA
Abstract
Abstrak Revolusi digital telah mengubah lanskap bisnis secara fundamental, menciptakan tantangan kompleks bagi organisasi modern Indonesia dalam mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia di era digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika transformasi kompetensi SDM, mengidentifikasi faktor determinan keberhasilan adaptasi, dan mengeksplorasi strategi adaptasi organisasi modern Indonesia dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka sistematis terhadap literatur akademik periode 2020-2025, menggunakan thematic analysis untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema transformasi kompetensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kompetensi SDM merupakan revolusi budaya organisasi yang memerlukan reorientasi mendasar dari paradigma administratif konvensional menuju orientasi strategis adaptif. Determinan utama keberhasilan meliputi kepemimpinan transformatif, pengembangan kapasitas berkelanjutan, dan dukungan sistemik organisasi. Strategi adaptasi efektif mencakup penguatan kepemimpinan digital, pengembangan digital mindset, implementasi sistem kerja hybrid, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan berbasis teknologi. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi bergantung pada sinergi teknologi, kesiapan organisasi, dan kepemimpinan inklusif dengan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja SDM di era digital.
