STRATEGI INOVASI MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI UNIVERSITAS PAMULANG
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis strategi inovatif dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Universitas Pamulang. Dalam era disrupsi digital dan tuntutan global akan kualitas pendidikan tinggi, universitas dituntut untuk tidak hanya meningkatkan layanan akademik tetapi juga memperkuat pengelolaan internal, khususnya pada aspek SDM. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka, dengan sumber data sekunder dari jurnal ilmiah, artikel online, laporan institusi, dan situs resmi universitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi seperti digitalisasi proses SDM (e-HRM), pelatihan berbasis teknologi, sistem insentif berbasis kinerja, serta pembentukan budaya kerja kolaboratif mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, motivasi, dan produktivitas pegawai. Temuan ini merekomendasikan agar Universitas Pamulang secara berkelanjutan mengembangkan sistem manajemen SDM yang berbasis teknologi, inklusif, dan inovatif untuk mendukung transformasi institusi secara menyeluruh.
