PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA YANG BERDAMPAK PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT WIRYAMANTA SADINA (WINGSTOP) CABANG BANDUNG
Abstract
ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasia, disiplin kerja dan kerjasama tim terhadap kepuasan kerja yang berdampak pada kinerja karyawan pada PT Wiryamanta Sadina (Wingstop) Cabang Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Komunikasia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 26,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 46,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 26,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Komunikasia, disiplin kerja dan kerjasama tim secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 57,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 32,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
