STRATEGI MANAJEMEN SDM DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI PEGAWAI DI KECAMATAN CIPUTAT TIMUR
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Ciputat Timur. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan studi dokumentasi sebagai metode utama, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi, seperti budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, sistem kompensasi, serta peluang pengembangan karier. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai ditentukan oleh interaksi kompleks antara faktor personal, struktural, dan eksternal. Organisasi yang mampu menerapkan strategi SDM secara integratif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan generasional khususnya milenial dan Gen Z berhasil menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan partisipatif. Strategi berbasis nilai lokal, digitalisasi proses SDM, dan pendekatan personalisasi dalam pelatihan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori manajemen SDM kontekstual dan menyarankan penerapan model adaptif yang berbasis data untuk peningkatan motivasi kerja jangka panjang.
