DIGITALISASI PENGELOLAAN DOKUMEN SEBAGAI WUJUD INOVASI STRATEGI BISNIS HIJAU YANG BERKELANJUTAN DI PT XYZ
Abstract
Perkembangan era globalisasi yang amat masif telah mendorong organisasi agar jeli dalam melihat peluang inovasi untuk tetap kompetitif dan dapat terus eksis. Melalui penerapan inovasi, organisasi dapat terus memiliki karakteristiknya yang unik serta menarik di semua mata pihak eksternal, meningkatkan profitnya melalui optimasi efisiensi operasional, juga andal, lincah dan adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungannya yang sangat dinamis. Salah satu inovasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah digitalisasi dalam pembuatan dokumen standar bahan baku dan bahan kemas. Biarpun kegiatan ini terdengar sederhana, nyatanya kegiatan pendukung ini sudah pasti dibutuhkan di sepanjang keberlangsungan organisasi. Dari penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan di PT XYZ, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa inovasi digital dalam pembuatan dokumen standar bahan baku dan bahan kemas, mampu memberikan efisiensi operasional yang signifikan, juga menjadi bukti nyata penerapan strategi bisnis hijau yang berkelanjutan. Walaupun demikian, ada beberapa hal yang tetap perlu menjadi perhatian agar implementasi digitalisasi ini dapat terus sejalan dengan perubahan dan perkembangan lingkungan bisnis serta kebutuhan organisasi di masa mendatang.
