OPTIMALISASI STRATEGI INOVASI DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING ORGANISASI
Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mendorong organisasi untuk melakukan transformasi digital demi mempertahankan eksistensi dan meningkatkan daya saing. Makalah ini mengkaji bagaimana strategi manajemen inovasi digital dapat dioptimalkan untuk membangun keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan di era digital. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka dari jurnal dan sumber akademik terpercaya, makalah ini mengidentifikasi beberapa pendekatan utama, seperti penguatan budaya inovasi, investasi teknologi digital, pengembangan kapabilitas sumber daya manusia digital, fokus pada pengalaman pelanggan, serta kemitraan dan kolaborasi strategis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital membutuhkan integrasi yang harmonis antara teknologi, strategi, dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperdalam pemahaman tentang manajemen inovasi digital dan menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan daya saing di pasar digital yang semakin kompetitif. Studi empiris lanjutan disarankanuntuk menguji penerapan strategi ini pada berbagai sektor industri.
