PERAN MANAJEMEN INOVASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN DALAM MENDORONG KEUNGGULAN BERSAING MELALUI TRANSFORMASI TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL
Abstract
Transformasi digital telah menjadi kebutuhan strategis bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan Industri. 4.0. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi manajemen dalam sistem informasi manajemen dalam mendorong transformasi teknologi digital dan dampaknya terhadap pencapaian
keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis regresi dan pengujian mediasi, studi ini menemukan bahwa inovasi dalam sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap transformasi digital maupun keunggulan kompetitif. Lebih lanjut, transformasi digital secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara inovasi dalam sistem informasi manajemen dan keunggulan kompetitif. Temuan ini menyoroti bahwa keberhasilan organisasi dalam memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif tidak hanya bergantung pada adopsi teknologi, tetapi juga pada manajemen strategis inovasi melalui sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. Implikasi dari studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori manajemen inovasi digital dan memberikan wawasan praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang strategi inovasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing.
