Transformasi Pasar Tenaga Kerja Berbasis Human Capital Digital: Implikasi Terhadap Keberlanjutan Pembangunan Ekonomi
Abstract
Abstrak. Perubahan mendasar pada struktur pasar kerja akibat digitalisasi menjadikan sumber daya manusia (SDM) digital sebagai elemen krusial bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini mengevaluasi peran penting SDM digital dalam memicu transformasi ketenagakerjaan menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka kualitatif-deskriptif. Dari 50 sumber yang dikumpulkan melalui Google Scholar dan situs otoritas (1964–2025), terpilih 33 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria relevansi. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kecakapan digital dan kemampuan adaptasi pekerja berdampak positif pada produktivitas serta daya saing ekonomi. Investasi sistematis pada kompetensi digital terbukti efektif dalam memitigasi dampak disrupsi teknologi dan pengangguran struktural. Meski begitu, hambatan akses pendidikan digital masih berisiko memperparah ketimpangan sosial. Maka, diperlukan kebijakan peningkatan keterampilan (upskilling dan reskilling) yang inklusif melalui kolaborasi lintas sektor demi menciptakan pasar kerja yang kompetitif dan berkelanjutan.
