Strategi Human Capital Management Dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Digital Karyawan Pada Dunia Kerja Di Era Transformasi Digital
Abstract
Abstract. Era transformasi digital telah mengubah praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia, menuntut organisasi untuk mengembangkan strategi Human Capital Management (HCM) yang adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis strategi HCM dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital karyawan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi HCM yang efektif mencakup pengembangan kompetensi digital melalui upskilling dan reskilling, penerapan sistem SDM berbasis teknologi seperti HRIS dan people analytics, serta penguatan budaya organisasi yang inovatif dan kepemimpinan adaptif. Faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan meliputi kompetensi individu, sistem penilaian kinerja yang jelas, dukungan manajemen atas, praktik rekrutmen dan seleksi yang tepat, serta kolaborasi lintas unit organisasi. Dengan penerapan menyeluruh, HCM mampu membangun sumber daya manusia yang fleksibel, inovatif, dan kompetitif, serta meningkatkan produktivitas, inovasi, dan daya saing organisasi.
