Peran Pendidikan Tinggi Dalam Menyiapkan Human Capital Untuk Future Of Work : Kajian Literatur Penguatan Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi Dan Berkelanjutan Dalam Menghadapi Future Of Work

Abstract. Perubahan cepat dalam teknologi, globalisasi, dan dinamika ekonomi telah mengubah lanskap dunia kerja secara fundamental. Konsep Future of Work menuntut adanya transformasi mendalam dalam kompetensi, pola pikir, dan kemampuan adaptasi tenaga kerja. Pendidikan tinggi memiliki peran strategis sebagai institusi utama yang bertanggung jawab dalam menyiapkan human capital yang berkualitas, relevan, dan berdaya saing global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan tinggi dalam membentuk kompetensi yang dibutuhkan di masa depan, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, serta mengeksplorasi strategi adaptasi yang efektif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka sistematis terhadap literatur akademik periode 2020-2026, menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan strategi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pendidikan tinggi tidak hanya terbatas pada transfer pengetahuan akademik, tetapi juga mencakup pengembangan keterampilan teknis, soft skills, literasi digital, serta pembentukan karakter dan pola pikir kewirausahaan. Faktor kunci keberhasilan meliputi relevansi kurikulum, kolaborasi dengan industri, penerapan metode pembelajaran inovatif, serta pengembangan ekosistem pendidikan yang mendukung pembelajaran sepanjang hayat. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan penyiapan human capital untuk Future of Work bergantung pada sinergi antara kebijakan pendidikan, inovasi institusi, dan keterlibatan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam menciptakan lulusan yang adaptif, kreatif, dan siap menghadapi ketidakpastian.
