Penguatan Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi Dan Keberlanjutan Dalam Menghadapi Transformasi Digital Dan Future Of Work

Abstract. Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mengubah lanskap bisnis dan dunia kerja secara signifikan. Transformasi digital tidak hanya memengaruhi proses operasional organisasi, tetapi juga mengubah pola kerja, kebutuhan kompetensi, dan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Dalam menghadapi era Future of Work, organisasi dituntut untuk membangun human capital yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan agar mampu mempertahankan daya saing di tengah dinamika global. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis peran human capital sebagai aset strategis organisasi serta mengkaji pentingnya inovasi dan keberlanjutan dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur ilmiah, laporan internasional, dan hasil penelitian terkait transformasi digital, human capital, inovasi, dan sustainability. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan human capital melalui pengembangan kompetensi digital, reskilling, upskilling, kepemimpinan digital, serta penerapan prinsip keberlanjutan menjadi faktor kunci dalam menghadapi tantangan Future of Work. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu mengintegrasikan strategi pengembangan SDM dengan inovasi dan keberlanjutan guna menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan
