Strategi Pengembangan Human Capital Untuk Mendorong Inovasi Dan Keberlanjutan Di Era Transformasi Digital
Abstract
Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan human capital dalam mendorong inovasi dan keberlanjutan di era transformasi digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi organisasi adalah kesenjangan antara perkembangan teknologi digital yang cepat dengan kesiapan sumber daya manusia dalam beradaptasi terhadap perubahan tersebut. Solusi yang ditawarkan berfokus pada penguatan kompetensi digital, budaya pembelajaran berkelanjutan, serta kepemimpinan adaptif. Objek penelitian mencakup organisasi yang sedang mengalami transformasi digital di berbagai sektor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur terhadap jurnal ilmiah terbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan human capital yang efektif, didukung oleh pelatihan keterampilan digital, manajemen pengetahuan, dan transformasi budaya organisasi, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan inovasi dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang. Selain itu, organisasi yang mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan pendekatan berpusat pada manusia cenderung memiliki kinerja dan ketahanan yang lebih tinggi. Kesimpulannya, investasi strategis pada human capital menjadi faktor kunci bagi organisasi untuk tetap kompetitif dan berkelanjutan di era digital.
