Kepemimpinan Inovatif Sebagai Katalis Penguatan Human Capital Berkelanjutan Dalam Menghadapi Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran kepemimpinan inovatif sebagai katalis dalam memperkuat human capital yang berkelanjutan guna menghadapi tantangan future of work di era transformasi digital. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berdesain fenomenologi deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 12 informan kunci yang dipilih secara purposif dari kalangan pemimpin organisasi, manajer SDM, dan profesional senior di sektor teknologi dan manufaktur di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipan, dan studi dokumen yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan empat tema utama: (1) kepemimpinan inovatif sebagai pendorong budaya belajar berkelanjutan; (2) strategi pengembangan kompetensi adaptif berbasis digital; (3) sinergi antara keberlanjutan organisasional dan penguatan kapasitas individu; serta (4) peran pemimpin dalam membentuk ekosistem inovasi yang inklusif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan inovatif merupakan elemen strategis penentu ketangguhan human capital dalam menghadapi disrupsi teknologi dan perubahan lanskap kerja masa depan.
