Human Capital Dan Learning Organization Sebagai Kunci Kesiapan Menghadapi Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak. Transformasi dunia kerja yang cepat akibat digitalisasi, otomasi, dan kecerdasan buatan menuntut organisasi memiliki human capital dan kapasitas pembelajaran organisasi yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Studi konseptual ini bertujuan mengkaji peran human capital dan learning organization sebagai pilar utama dalam mempersiapkan organisasi menghadapi tantangan future of work. Melalui pendekatan kajian literatur dari sumber nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2021 hingga 2025, studi ini mengidentifikasi bahwa investasi dalam human capital yang mencakup pengetahuan, kompetensi, dan keterampilan dikombinasikan dengan karakteristik learning organization seperti shared vision, team learning, dan systems thinking, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kesiapan organisasi menghadapi masa depan pekerjaan. World Economic Forum (2023) memproyeksikan bahwa 44% keterampilan inti pekerja akan terdisrupsi pada 2027, Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa organisasi yang membangun budaya belajar dan berinvestasi secara strategis pada human capital akan lebih siap beradaptasi terhadap perubahan landscape future of work.
