Fenomena Quiet Quitting Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja: Perspektif Human Capital Di Era Digital

Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena quiet quitting serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi dalam perspektif human capital di era digital. Quiet quitting merupakan perilaku karyawan yang hanya bekerja sesuai deskripsi tugas tanpa memberikan kontribusi tambahan, yang mencerminkan rendahnya tingkat employee engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review, dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber ilmiah terkait employee engagement, motivasi kerja, burnout, dan work-life balance. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama penyebab quiet quitting meliputi burnout, kurangnya apresiasi, lingkungan kerja yang tidak sehat (toxic workplace), serta ketidakseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Faktor-faktor tersebut saling berkaitan dan berkontribusi terhadap menurunnya keterlibatan karyawan. Dampak yang ditimbulkan antara lain penurunan produktivitas, kualitas kinerja, inovasi, serta melemahnya kolaborasi tim dan budaya organisasi. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu meningkatkan employee engagement melalui pemberian apresiasi, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang suportif, serta memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan guna meminimalkan dampak negatif quiet quitting.
