Analisis Total Asset Turnover Dan Debt To Equity Ratio : Strategi Pengembangan SDM Berbasis Inovasi Dalam Mendukung Future Of Work Pada PT. Bukalapak Tbk Periode 2023 - 2025
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tren Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) pada PT Bukalapak Tbk selama periode 2023–2025 serta mengkaji relevansinya terhadap strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia berbasis inovasi dalam konteks future of work. Metode kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan melalui perhitungan rasio keuangan, analisis tren, dan interpretasi kontekstual berdasarkan literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TATO mengalami peningkatan dari 0,17 kali pada 2023 menjadi 0,25 kali pada 2025, terutama didorong oleh kenaikan penjualan bersih sebesar 46%, sementara total aset relatif stabil. Sebaliknya, DER tetap sangat rendah dan stabil, berkisar antara 0,03 hingga 0,05 kali, yang mencerminkan struktur modal konservatif yang didominasi oleh ekuitas. Tren simultan berupa kenaikan TATO dan DER yang konsisten rendah menunjukkan bahwa PT Bukalapak Tbk beradaptasi dengan future of work melalui optimalisasi human capital, bukan ketergantungan pada physical capital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam industri teknologi, efisiensi aset dan fleksibilitas finansial semakin ditentukan oleh kualitas human capital dan kapasitas inovasi, bukan oleh skala aset fisik atau leverage keuangan.
