Analisis Peran Inovasi SDM Dalam Meningkatkan Kesiapan Menghadapi Future Of Work: Kajian Literatur
Abstract
Abstrak. Inovasi sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi faktor strategis dalam mempersiapkan organisasi dan tenaga kerja menghadapi tantangan future of work yang didorong oleh transformasi digital, kecerdasan buatan, dan otomatisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi SDM dalam meningkatkan kesiapan tenaga kerja melalui pendekatan kajian literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik studi literatur terhadap artikel ilmiah dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi SDM, khususnya digital HRM, algorithmic HRM, reskilling, dan upskilling, berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan adaptabilitas, kesiapan digital, serta kemampuan pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Selain itu, dukungan organisasi dan kepemimpinan turut memperkuat pengaruh inovasi SDM. Secara praktis, studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya inovasi SDM yang berpusat pada manusia (human-centric) untuk memastikan relevansi dan daya saing tenaga kerja dalam ekosistem future of work.
