Peran Human Capital Dalam Mendorong Inovasi Dan Keberlanjutan Di Era Digitalisasi
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran human capital dalam mendorong inovasi dan keberlanjutan di era digitalisasi. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah adanya kesenjangan antara perkembangan teknologi yang pesat dengan kesiapan sumber daya manusia dalam beradaptasi, sehingga dapat menghambat inovasi dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah penguatan human capital melalui peningkatan kompetensi digital, kemampuan adaptasi, dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Objek penelitian ini adalah hubungan konseptual antara human capital, inovasi, dan keberlanjutan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur yang bersumber dari data sekunder berupa jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan laporan lembaga internasional. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human capital berperan penting sebagai pendorong inovasi dan pendukung keberlanjutan melalui integrasi aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan dalam aktivitas organisasi. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan human capital yang efektif dan adaptif dapat meningkatkan daya saing serta keberlanjutan organisasi di era digital.
