Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Sinar Kanoman Farm Cianjur
Abstract
Abstrak. Tuijuiain penelitiain ini aidailaih uintuik mengetaihuii pengairuih lingkuingain kerjai fisik dain disiplin kerjai terhaidaip kinerjai kairyaiwain di PT Sinair Kainomain Fairm Ciainjuir secairai pairsiail dain simuiltain. Metode yaing diguinaikain aidailaih metode deskriptif kuiaintitaitif dengain pendekaitain aisosiaitif. Teknik pengaimbilain saimpel yaing diguinaikain aidailaih teknik pengaimbilain saimpel jenuih dengain saimpel sebainyaik 53 responden. Ainailisis daitai mengguinaikain uiji instruimen daitai, uiji aisuimsi klaisik, ainailisis kuiaintitaitif, ainailisis koefisien korelaisi, ainailisis koefisien determinaisi, penguijiain hipotesis (uiji t dain uiji f).
