Membangun Human Capital Resilien Melalui Pendekatan Inovatif Dan Berkelanjutan Di Era Digital
Abstract
Abstrak. Akselerasi transformasi digital telah mengubah secara mendasar cara organisasi mengelola human capital, menuntut tenaga kerja yang tangguh, adaptif, dan inovatif. Kajian ini menginvestigasi keterkaitan antara pendekatan inovatif pengembangan kompetensi, praktik sustainable HRM, dan integrasi digitalisasi dalam membangun human capital yang resilien. Pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan sebagai kerangka metodologis, berpedoman pada panduan PRISMA 2020, dengan sumber artikel dari Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar yang diterbitkan antara 2021 hingga 2025. Dari 309 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 10 studi berkualitas tinggi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dipilih untuk dianalisis secara tematik. Temuan menghasilkan tiga simpulan yang saling berkaitan: inovasi pengembangan kompetensi menjadi penentu signifikan ketangguhan organisasi di tengah digitalisasi; orientasi keberlanjutan dalam pengelolaan SDM membangun ekosistem pembelajaran organisasi yang secara konsisten memperbarui kapabilitas tenaga kerja; serta digitalisasi sistem manajemen SDM memperluas kapasitas adaptif organisasi melalui mekanisme ambidextrous innovation dan peningkatan workforce agility. Ketiga dimensi tersebut—inovasi kompetensi, keberlanjutan pengelolaan SDM, dan digitalisasi—berfungsi sebagai sistem yang saling memperkuat. Organisasi perlu berinvestasi secara kontekstual pada program upskilling dan reskilling, sedangkan pembuat kebijakan harus memprioritaskan pemerataan infrastruktur digital sebagai prasyarat struktural pembangunan human capital nasional yang resilien.
