Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajemen, Struktur Modal Dan Kebijakan Dividen Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dan Kinerja Keuangan Sebagai Variabel Intervening
Abstract
Abstract. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemilikan manajemen, struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen terhadap kinerja keuangan serta pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) dari tahun 2010 sampai 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa R Square sebesr 0,578 atau 57,8% dan variabel kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan variabel kepemilikan manajemen dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel struktur modal, kebijakan dividen dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan variabel kepemilikan manajemen tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan R Square sebesar 0,968 atau 96,8%.
