Penguatan Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi dan Keberlanjutan dalam Menghadapi Era Digital dan Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pentingnya penguatan human capital berbasis inovasi dan keberlanjutan dalam menghadapi era digital serta future of work. Transformasi digital, perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligence), otomatisasi, dan perubahan pola kerja global telah mendorong terjadinya perubahan signifikan dalam struktur pasar tenaga kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui analisis berbagai jurnal ilmiah, laporan institusi, dan publikasi akademik yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi dan negara yang berinvestasi pada pengembangan human capital melalui peningkatan keterampilan digital, reskilling, upskilling, inovasi pembelajaran, serta budaya kerja berkelanjutan cenderung lebih siap menghadapi disrupsi teknologi dan perubahan dunia kerja masa depan. Selain itu, kompetensi seperti kreativitas, kemampuan adaptasi, kolaborasi, dan pemecahan masalah menjadi kebutuhan utama di era future of work. Namun demikian, kesenjangan akses pendidikan, literasi digital, dan kesiapan tenaga kerja masih menjadi tantangan utama. Oleh karena itu, penguatan human capital berbasis inovasi dan keberlanjutan perlu.
