Pengaruh Strategi Inovasi Dan Sustainable Human Resource Management Terhadap Human Capital Resilience Pada Karyawan Biro Keuangan Dan SDM Bank Central Asia Tbk
Abstract
Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi inovasi dan sustainable human resource management terhadap human capital resilience pada karyawan Biro Keuangan dan SDM PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil uji statistik F menunjukkan bahwa strategi inovasi dan sustainable human resource management berpengaruh terhadap human capital resilience. Hasil uji statistik t menunjukkan bahwa strategi inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap human capital resilience dan Sustainable human resource management berpengaruh positif terhadap human capital resilience.
