Peran Inovasi Sdm Dan Teknologi Dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Kerja Di Era Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat serta perubahan dinamika dunia kerja telah mendorong munculnya konsep Future of Work, yang menuntut organisasi untuk beradaptasi secara cepat dan strategis. Dalam konteks ini, inovasi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi dua faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi SDM dan teknologi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja di era Future of Work. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur (literature review) terhadap berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan laporan relevan yang diterbitkan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi SDM, seperti pengembangan kompetensi digital, peningkatan keterampilan adaptif, serta penerapan budaya kerja yang fleksibel dan kolaboratif, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Di sisi lain, pemanfaatan teknologi seperti otomatisasi, kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence / AI), serta platform kerja digital mampu mempercepat proses kerja, meningkatkan akurasi, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Sinergi antara inovasi SDM dan teknologi terbukti mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih adaptif, responsif, dan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, organisasi perlu mengintegrasikan strategi pengembangan SDM dan adopsi teknologi secara berkelanjutan guna menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di era Future of Work. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen SDM serta menjadi referensi bagi praktisi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja organisasi.
