Analisis Implementasi Green Human Resource Management (Green Hrm) Dalam Mendukung Keberlanjutan Perusahaan Bedasarkan Laporan Keberlanjutan Pt Vale Indonesia Tbk
Abstract
Abstrak. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi GHRM di PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk berdasarkan studi literatur laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan periode 2020-2024. Studi menggunakan analisis komprehensif dokumen sekunder dengan teknik kajian literatur, termasuk komparasi beberapa tahun (cross-temporal comparison) terhadap enam dimensi GHRM: rekrutmen hijau, pelatihan dan pengembangan hijau, manajemen kinerja hijau, penghargaan hijau, manajemen K3 hijau serta hubungan kedisiplinan karyawan hijau. Berdasarkan analisis kompetisi, ditemukan bahwa PT Vale Indonesia telah menunjukkan kemajuan nyata pada dimensi rekrutmen hijau inklusif. Jumlah karyawan perempuan mengalami peningkatan dari 8,6% menjadi 11,6%. Dimensi manajemen K3 hijau menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan dengan predikat Zero Fatality selama lima tahun secara kontinu. Jumlah jam kerja aman meningkat drastis dari 9,7 juta menjadi 27,22 juta jam. Namun masih ada beberapa aspek yang mengalami kesengjangan perhatian. Kompetensi lingkungan perlu distandardisasi dan belum dirumuskan dalam kurikulum pelatihan. Indikator individu menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belum tercapai dan mekanisme penghargaan hijau masih bersifat simbolik. Studi ini menyimpulkan. PT Vale telah mampu mengimplementasikan dimensi GHRM secara signifikan di beberapa dimensi, namun masih ada beberapa dimensi yang masih pada tahap transisi. Implikasi manajerial mencakup perlunya stadarisasi Green KPI di level karyawan, pelatihan dan pengembangan kerangka kompetensi hijau serta penguatan partisipasi karyawan di level individi untuk mengambil keputusan dalam tata kelola perusahaan berkelanjutan.
