Transformasi Digital dan Kesiapan SDM: Peran Human Capital dalam Mendorong Adaptabilitas dan Inovasi Kerja Berkelanjutan di Era Future of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran human capital dalam mendorong kesiapan sumber daya manusia menghadapi transformasi digital di era Future of Work. Isu ini penting karena perubahan teknologi menuntut organisasi tidak hanya mengadopsi sistem digital, tetapi juga memperkuat kompetensi, adaptabilitas, dan kapasitas inovasi SDM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari artikel jurnal, buku akademik, prosiding, dan publikasi ilmiah yang relevan dengan transformasi digital, human capital, kesiapan SDM, adaptabilitas, dan inovasi kerja berkelanjutan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik melalui identifikasi, seleksi, pembacaan kritis, pengelompokan tema, dan sintesis konseptual. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa human capital berperan strategis dalam membangun kompetensi digital, kemampuan belajar berkelanjutan, fleksibilitas kerja, dan perilaku inovatif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital ditentukan oleh kesiapan manusia sebagai pengelola perubahan.
