Human Capital Agility: Strategi Inovatif Dan Berkelanjutan Menghadapi Future Work
Abstract
Abstrak. Transformasi digital, perkembangan kecerdasan buatan, otomatisasi industri, serta perubahan pola kerja global telah mendorong organisasi untuk beradaptasi secara cepat dalam menghadapi future work. Kondisi tersebut menjadikan human capital agility sebagai salah satu faktor strategis dalam meningkatkan daya saing organisasi secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran human capital agility sebagai strategi inovatif dan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi perubahan dunia kerja di masa depan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis deskriptif terhadap berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, serta laporan institusi internasional yang relevan dengan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, future work, dan organisasi adaptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human capital agility mampu meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi organisasi melalui penguatan kompetensi digital, pembelajaran berkelanjutan, fleksibilitas kerja, pengembangan inovasi, serta budaya organisasi yang kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa organisasi perlu membangun sistem pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang agile, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan agar mampu bertahan serta berkembang di era future work.
