Transformasi Strategi Pengembangan Human Capital Melalui Inovasi Berkelanjutan Dalam Menghadapi Disrupsi Digital Dan Dinamika Future Of Work
Abstract
Abstrak, Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia kerja, khususnya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Human capital yang berkualitas menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing organisasi di era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis transformasi strategi pengembangan human capital melalui inovasi berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi disrupsi digital dan dinamika future of work. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan dari berbagai jurnal yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan human capital melalui program reskilling dan upskilling, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, serta penguatan budaya inovasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Dengan demikian, pengembangan human capital melalui inovasi berkelanjutan menjadi kunci dalam menghadapi perubahan dunia kerja dan meningkatkan daya saing organisasi.
