Future Of Work : Implementasi “Workday” Sebagai Strategi Penguatan Human Capital Berbasis Inovasi Dalam Mendukung Transformasi Digital Pada PT Aia Financial
Abstract
Abstrak, Transformasi digital telah menjadi kebutuhan strategis bagi perusahaan dalam menghadapi perubahan dunia kerja yang semakin dinamis. Salah satu aspek penting dalam transformasi tersebut adalah penguatan human capital melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital berbasis Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Workday sebagai strategi penguatan human capital berbasis inovasi dalam mendukung transformasi digital pada PT AIA Financial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur dan analisis implementasi sistem HR digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Workday mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia melalui otomatisasi proses HR, integrasi data karyawan, peningkatan employee experience, serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis data (data-driven decision making). Selain itu, penggunaan Workday juga mendukung konsep future of work melalui fleksibilitas kerja, peningkatan produktivitas, dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, implementasi Workday menjadi salah satu strategi inovatif yang relevan dalam memperkuat human capital dan mempercepat transformasi digital Perusahaan.
